·    Washington State regulation (WAC 248-54-850) plus city and county 
       codes require cross connection control devices be tested annually.
       A certified tester is required to test these assemblies and send a report to the
        local water purveyor.  Our certified testers will test your backflow device   
       and repair it if necessary for all devices out side the building.
